Shipping & Returns
We are a European independent brand based in Lisbon, Portugal.
If the product you ordered is in stock it will be shipped no later than two business days after purchase by our shipping partners BATCH LOGISTICS. The carrier would be BATCH (Lisbon), CTT Expresso (Portugal & Spain) or DHL GoGreen Express International (carbon-neutral) for all other countries. Please bear in mind that our products are all handmade and our team works really hard to ship all orders as soon as possible but delays can happen.
You will receive an automatic email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our facilities. Give it some hours before checking it - it may not appear immediately on the system.
During sale periods, shipping times may be longer than usual due to high order volume. Customer service response times may also be slightly delayed.

We currently do not offer pre-paid duties and taxes so please be aware that if your shipping address is non-EU it could incur customs charges.
Import taxes and duties are not included at checkout. These costs are levied by your local customs authority and we don’t have any control over them.
Please note, import taxes and duties are non-refundable. Our shop will not pay any taxes or customs fees for the returning items (see below).
Returns or exchanges must be requested within 14 business days from delivery or they will not be accepted.
If you wish to initiate a return or exchange, please e-mail us.
All items must be in the original condition, unworn, unwashed with hygiene protection and swing tags attached. Please note that we can only accept exchanges or returns of products that are still in the original conditions.
Please use the original package we have sent, there's no need to produce more waste :)
We do not currently offer prepaid return labels and, as such, the customer must bear the shipping costs when shipping the package back. However, for exchanges, we cover the cost of the new shipment.
Our shop cannot be responsible for eventual losses in this process. If the goods are lost in the process no exchange or return will be placed. To be safe the package should be sent by registered mail to our address (provided by email).
However, we will support the cost of postage in case of an error from our side (mistaken or damaged product).
Our shop will not cover any taxes or customs fees for the returning items.
If any fees are charged to Conscious to release a parcel, you will be contacted and we will require your approval to proceed and this amount will be deducted from your refund.
If not approved, the parcel will be sent back to the sender's address and no refund is applicable.
We strongly recommend using registered and trackable shipping.
All of our pieces are handmade with love and are inspected before being shipped to ensure the highest quality arrives to you. In the unlikely event you receive a faulty garment, please contact us immediately with the damage description and illustrative photos, so we can review your case and resolve the issue.
We will support the shipping costs in case of an error from our side (mistaken or damaged product).
Exchanges and returns on sale items are subject to product availability. We may not be able to guarantee replacements in the same size or color.
Final sale & stock-off
Final sale / stock-off items are not eligible for exchange. Returns of these items will only be accepted for store credit if the return is made within the legal withdrawal period and the product remains in original condition, and with all tags attached.
These terms do not affect your statutory rights under European consumer protection laws.
Progressive Discount & Complementary Product Policy
If you receive a progressive discount or a complementary product with your purchase (e.g., a free item when buying 2+ pieces or 20% on 2+ items), and you later return part of your order, the discount or complementary product offer will be adjusted accordingly. You may either return the complementary item, or its value will be deducted from your refund. Your final cart value after the refund will reflect the adjusted progressive discount based on the items you keep.
We are only able to issue a refund or exchange once the item has been successfully received and inspected by our warehouse.
Once the return order is approved by our warehouse, your refund will be issued within 10 business days.
